SignumEra keeps Microsoft identity, Graph-authorized workflows, meeting context and record storage as separate controls. Microsoft 365 receives finalized records when it is the selected system of record; Microsoft identity or meeting use alone does not make it the storage destination.

Frozen execution manifest
Freeze the Execution Target, participants and roles, order, ceremony mode, witness rules and finalizer. Material changes require a new revision and manifest.
Governed ceremony state
Document, recipients, roles, order, evidence requirements and finalization stay authoritative in SignumEra whether execution is live or asynchronous.
Phone biometrics and QR device pairing
Signers use phone biometrics and QR pairing. If a signer has no registered phone, they can register it in the signing flow.
Evidence package
Bind document integrity, identity, policy, events, verification, cryptographic proof and configured meeting evidence to the finalized record.
Exclusive system-of-record return
Finalized documents and configured evidence return to the explicitly selected system of record. Identity, Teams or Zoom context does not create an additional storage destination.
